In this role, she led a team of middle market bankers who delivered the Bank’s global capabilities across a range of industries. At JPMorgan Chase, Schroth served most recently as chief operating and finance officer for Investment Banking in Latin America and Canada and, for most of her career there, in senior roles in middle market and private equity.
